Véhicules hors d'usage : nouvelles exemptions pour le plomb et le chrome
Titre officiel : Arrêté du 5 juin 2020 transposant la directive déléguée (UE) 2020/362 de la Commission du 17 décembre 2019 modifiant l'annexe II de la directive 2000/53/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil relative aux véhicules hors d'usage en ce qui concerne l'exemption autorisant l'utilisation de chrome hexavalent comme agent anticorrosion pour les systèmes de refroidissement en acier au carbone dans les réfrigérateurs à absorption des autocaravanes, transposant la directive déléguée (UE) 2020/363 de la Commission du 17 décembre 2019 modifiant l'annexe II de la directive 2000/53/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil relative aux véhicules hors d'usage en ce qui concerne certaines exemptions relatives à la présence de plomb et de composés de plomb et modifiant l'arrêté du 9 mars 2012 concernant les dispositions relatives à la construction de véhicules, composants et équipements visant l'élimination des véhicules hors d'usage
Résumé
Cet arrêté transpose des normes européennes encadrant l'usage de substances dangereuses dans la fabrication automobile. Il autorise l'utilisation du chrome hexavalent pour les réfrigérateurs de camping-cars et ajuste les exemptions liées au plomb pour certains composants. Il concerne les constructeurs et équipementiers, visant à harmoniser la sécurité chimique et le recyclage des véhicules.
