Résumé
Cet arrêté transpose une directive européenne actualisant les méthodes de calcul et de rapportage des émissions de polluants atmosphériques en Wallonie. Il concerne principalement les autorités régionales et les secteurs industriels émetteurs, garantissant un suivi harmonisé des objectifs de réduction de la pollution de l'air, notamment pour les oxydes d'azote et les particules fines.
